    CPA / CIZ Permit Application submitted

    The Community Plan Amendment (CPA) and Change in Zoning (CIZ) Permit Application was formally submitted to Maui County through MAPPS for Tax Map Keys (2) 2-5-005:066 and 067.

  2. May 20, 2026

    Complete

    Housing & Land Use Committee Hearing

    The County's Housing & Land Use Committee (HLU) reviewed the referral and approved Resolution 26-84 by a 7-0 vote, recommending that all bills be referred to the Maui Planning Commission.

  3. June 19, 2026

    Full Council Hearing

    The Council voted 8-0 to refer Resolution 26-84 to the Maui Planning Commission.
